Our Story
Our Journey
From a simple idea to a global platform, here is how we got here.
Late 2025
One Home for Reddit Dev Jobs
We started jobads.tech with a simple goal: stop forcing developers to chase job posts across dozens of subreddits and threads, and bring everything into one clear, searchable place.
Late 2025
Building the Discord Hub
We launched our Discord server so freelancers and employers could actually talk, ask questions, share context, and surface the best gigs without fighting platform limitations.
Early 2026
Structured Applications, Not Random DMs
We began standardising how people apply: one clear view for employers with applicant skills, relevant experience, and contact details – so good candidates don’t get lost in the noise.
2026
Smart Auto-Apply for Relevant Jobs
We’re working on tools that help freelancers auto-apply to matching roles with a solid, consistent profile – while still giving them control over what gets sent and where.
Looking Ahead
Support for Both Sides of the Table
From better tools for screening and shortlisting to resources that help freelancers price, negotiate, and deliver – we’re building support services that make this work for both workers and employers.
