The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such sites, or for the content, products, or services on or available from them. Following external links is at your own risk.
13. Communication & Updates
By using the Site, you consent to receive service-related communications (e.g., important updates about your applications or account). We may send notices through the Site, by email, or other reasonable means.
14. Termination of Use
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or engages in activity that may harm the platform or other users. We may also remove content that we reasonably believe violates the law or these Terms.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or related to use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
16. Disclaimer for Employers/Posters & Data Handling Obligations
If you post or submit a job listing, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. You are solely responsible for your listing and for complying with applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws. The Site may remove or restrict listings at its discretion.
Permitted Use of Applicant Data
Personal data you receive through the Site (e.g., CVs, contact details, messages) may be used only for the legitimate purpose of assessing a candidate’s suitability for the role they applied to and for communicating with that candidate about that role (or a substantially similar role, where lawful).
Prohibited Uses
- No selling, renting, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing applicant data.
- No sharing with third parties (including affiliates, vendors, or tools) unless strictly necessary for assessment, under a written agreement imposing equivalent confidentiality and security obligations.
- No use for unrelated marketing, lead generation, or building independent datasets or profiles.
- No automated decisions or profiling that would violate applicable law.
Security & Retention
- Implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect applicant data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
- Retain applicant data only as long as necessary for the recruitment purpose or as required by law; securely delete or anonymize it thereafter.
- Do not circumvent Site features intended to protect applicant privacy or platform integrity.
Compliance & Candidate Rights
- Comply with applicable data-protection laws (e.g., GDPR) and anti-discrimination rules.
- Where legally required, honor candidate requests to access, correct, or delete their data that you hold.
- Promptly notify the Site of any suspected or actual data breach involving data received via the Site that could reasonably impact candidates sourced here.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the Site harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your listings or your handling of applicant data, including any breach of these obligations or applicable law.
