This role is for a serious full stack developer to help build client projects from research and planning through execution and delivery for an IT software development company. It's a remote long-term opportunity for a developer who is reliable, organized, and confident working across both technical delivery and project structure. What You’ll Do: * Build and deliver full stack web/software projects for clients * Research project requirements and turn them into execution plans * Create clear roadmaps, milestones, and timelines * Manage tasks and workflows using tools like Linear, Notion, and Trello * Communicate project progress clearly and professionally * Work independently and execute within agreed deadlines * Help improve internal development and delivery processes What I’m Looking For: * Strong full stack development experience * Able to plan before building, not just code blindly * Good understanding of project execution and delivery * Can break work into phases, priorities, and realistic timelines * Comfortable using Linear, Notion, Trello, or similar tools * Strong research skills and problem-solving ability * Reliable, professional, and serious about long-term work * Good communication and accountability Ideal Candidate: * Can handle both development and project organization * Thinks like an owner, not just a task completer * Understands how to deliver client work on time * Can work with minimal supervision * Interested in growing with a company long-term Work Setup: * Fully remote * Flexible structure depending on project deadlines * Long-term opportunity * Work tied to real client projects
