We’re Fonzi.ai, a venture-backed startup (Lightspeed) building an AI-native recruiting platform used by fast-growing tech companies. Our product powers a structured hiring process called Match Day, and we’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us scale it. If you enjoy shipping real web products, owning features end-to-end, and working closely with founders, this role is for you. What You’ll Work On: * Build and maintain core web features across our candidate and company platforms * Develop clean, scalable frontend experiences in React + TypeScript * Build APIs and backend services in Node.js and Python * Integrate LLM-powered workflows into production systems * Collaborate directly with founders, ML, and design Tech Stack: * Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js * Backend: Node.js, Python * Infra: AWS, Serverless, Postgres * AI: LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG pipelines What We’re Looking For: * 3+ years of professional web or full stack development experience * Strong in React, TypeScript, and Node.js * Comfortable working across frontend and backend * Experience shipping production web apps * Startup mindset — you build, iterate, and own outcomes Why Fonzi: * Backed by Lightspeed * Small team, high ownership * Real users, real impact * Competitive salary, equity, and benefits * Build AI-powered tools that actually ship
